Chef Eboni

Chef Eboni Dionne has been cooking and perfecting her scrambled egg game since she was 6 years old! As a pre-teen her mother began catering and Eboni was right along her side picking 10,000 of greens and peeling tons of potatoes. Unbeknown know that her enterprising days as a youth would be merged with her love of science and healing the human body. Chef Eboni’s bright and colorful personality shines through each dish that she prepares. You can definitely taste the love that she puts in each bite. Compared to traditional Soul Food, her Veganized version pays the correct homage to the past with full rich robust flavors, but the level she has evolved the palate of flavors to, is most definitely moving us to a healthier, happier and longer future.

Chef Eboni has received a BS in Biology, Masters' of Public Health & Certified Holistic Health Coach.

Her philosophy is that, food is the body’s best medicine! If the birth of Soul Food created by our ancestors made food scraps scrumptious, She take pride in having access to the finest ingredients and being able to make “good for you” food taste sublime. There is #LifeAfterFatBack.
